Mary Rose, I have sold several houses in Heritage Grand. Whenever I have a question, I go down to the community center and ask the activities director. If she doesn’t know she can refer you to who will. That said, when I had a similar question about fence maintenance, I called the Cinco Ranch Homeowner’s Association and got the name/number for the Heritage Grand Homeowner’s Association. I don’t have that number with me but you can call Simply Cinco and they can direct you. I hope this helps! Regards, Julie Fuelling

I received this e-mail from a friend I trusted, but decided to check it out, even though it said it had been checked by Snopes.com. And, I found it was false. I used to forward everything, until I found a lot isn’t true. Thanks for setting my mind at ease.

Can someone that KNOWS answer this. Is the HOA fees of 218.00 a month include basic cable? Some say NO…Some say YES!!!! This needs to be known before we buy. My realtor does not know. Yikes! Thanks
