Houston Community College Katy Campus Now Registering Students for Fall

Published on July 31, 2008 by Kim Montgomery

Houston Community College Katy - WestparkCollege bound students can now enroll at the Houston Community College Katy Campus for the fall semester.  On-campus registration starts on Monday, August 11, and classes begin Saturday, August 23.  Click here to search the Katy Campus class schedule.

New HCC students will want to meet with a counseling staff member prior to registering for classes.  Counseling is available Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m.  The counseling office will also be open on two successive Saturdays, August 16 and August 23, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. to accommodate students for fall registration.

Serving the Katy area since 1979, the HCC Katy Campus delivers quality academic programs and exemplary workforce training at an affordable price. With tuition costing less than half of a university and core classes guaranteed to transfer to Texas public institutions, the Katy Campus presents students the ideal “first step” into higher education. In addition to academics, several exemplary-rated workforce programs are offered at the Katy Campus including Drafting and Design Technology, EMS, Cosmetology, Horticulture, Business Administration, and Business Technology.

The HCC Katy Campus is located at 1550 Foxlake Drive, just east of the intersection of Fry Road and Park Row.  Visit HCC online at northwest.hccs.edu to learn more about the exciting opportunities in your area!

We want to hear from you!  Email community.outreach@hccs.edu, and let us know what programs interest you and how we can better meet your needs.

i’m interested in intensive english, so i got the selsa test so my score was 59 so they do not know yet wich is my level , the reason why I’m writing is because i have a problem. i have to work, in fact actually i’m working from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, and i know that you only have two schechule available and i really want to study full time but i called to the campus i do not know wich, but they told me that i can apply just for part time and i really need to learn as soon is possible but i can’t. so my question is: why you do not have any available schechule in intensive englis on full time for people who work?, i think you can open any schechule from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm from monday to thursday. if you will, i will be so happy, in this moment i am tinking in get the part time because i dont have choise but i hope you open any other oportunity i mean any other schechule for people like me. thanks for this space.
