Via Colori: A Street Painting Festival

coloriviaExperience Houston Via Colori®, a street painting festival in downtown Houston from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday, November 21st and Sunday November 22nd. Celebrate an artistic journey and support a worthy organization for deaf children, The Center for Hearing and Speech (CHS).

Watch the progress of colossal-sized works of art completely created on asphalt by more than 200 artists. The two-day festival also features food, two stages of live music, a festival-wide scavenger hunt, facepainting and more throughout a spectacular fall weekend in Sam Houston Park and the surrounding streets of Allen Parkway and Bagby.

CHS is thrilled to have Kenneth Pierson and Bryan Higgins as the CHS Featured Artists, Melanie Stimmel as the El Paso Featured Artist and Lysa Ashley as the Quantum Energy Partners Featured Artist for Via Colori 2009.
