Following the discovery of Stephen tWitch Boss’s murder, the hotel where he was staying is momentarily unable to offer out rooms, Us Weekly can learn.
The former star of the Ellen DeGeneres Show checked into the hotel on Monday, December 12, an insider exclusively revealed to us on Wednesday, December 14. According to TMZ, Boss left home without his car on Tuesday, December 13, which was unusual behavior for the former So You Think You Can Dance contestant, according to his wife Allison Holker.
The informant said that on Tuesday morning when hotel personnel attempted to reach Boss after he failed to check out of his room, management went in and found his body. Then, paramedics were called to the area.
In a statement to E! News on Wednesday, Holker, 34, confirmed her husband Stephen’s passing at the age of 40 and added, “It is with the heaviest of hearts that I have to reveal my husband Stephen has left us.” Stephen brought light into every space he entered.
Above all else, he treasured his family, friends, and community. He believed that the best way to lead was to lead with love and light. He was our family’s rock, the best husband and father, and an example to his followers.
There won’t be a day that goes by that we won’t celebrate his memory, the dancer who shared her late husband with daughters Weslie, 14, Zaia, 3, and son Maddox, 6, said. During this trying time for myself and especially for our three kids, we kindly request your privacy. I’ll always save the last dance for you, Stephen. We love you and miss you.
Boss’s self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head was the official cause of death, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner reported, Us confirmed on Wednesday. The matter has been officially ended because there were no indications of wrongdoing.

I’m devastated. On Wednesday, Ellen DeGeneres commented on Instagram, “tWitch was pure love and light,” and posted a picture of herself holding her TV partner. I had nothing but love to give him because he was my family. He will be missed. Please send Allison and his lovely children Weslie, Maddox, and Zaia your love and support.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Jodie Sweetin, who knew Boss from college, expressed her sorrow over her friend’s passing.
The Full House alum, 40, said, “I’m still in a lot of amazement. She has such skill and such a lovely, warm, wonderful heart. His absence will be felt deeply. Additionally, Sweetin mentioned that Weslie, the eldest child of the Boss, and her 14-year-old daughter Zoie are friends. The youngster, who Holker shares with an ex, was adopted by Boss.
