In the sequel to the horror film Terrifier, Art the Clown is planning another nefarious comeback. It’s been nearly five years since the release of the 2016 slasher film, and fans have been eagerly awaiting a sequel. Although I initially saw Terrifier on Netflix in 2016, both it and its sequel are now unavailable for streaming there.

For the benefit of those who need a refresher, Terrifier follows the deadly clown Art, who arrives on Halloween night to kill, maim, and torture his victims. Art the Clown was developed by Damien Leone, who also served as the film’s director, writer, and producer; he made his first appearance in a few shorts before making his feature picture debut in Leone’s All Hallows’ Eve.

After that, Art got cast in Terrifier, his own film. Almost three hours of Halloween night bloodshed await you with his return in Terrifier 2.

Some streaming services, including Tubi, Vudu, and the Roku Channel, offer it at no cost to their users. The film can be rented or purchased on digital platforms as well as conventional media.

There are four films in the series, including two that may be considered prequels, All Hallows’ Eve (2013) and All Hallows’ Eve 2 (2015). In addition to this, Art the Clown appears in Leone’s short film The 9th Circle.

On October 6, theatres around the country will debut the sequel to the terrifying horror film. The film’s exclusive distribution rights were acquired by Bloody Disgusting, and it will premiere in theatres before being available to watch online via the Bloody Disgusting-run streaming service Screambox. Screambox has not yet been given a public release date.

There is no Netflix streaming option for Terrifier. Netflix’s large library of TV series and movies is available for a monthly subscription fee of either $9.99, $15.99, or $19.99, depending on which plan you select.

And you won’t find them on Hulu either. Current pricing for this streaming service, however, begins at $6.99 per month, or $69.99 for the entire year. There is a monthly fee of $12.99 for the commercial-free version, $64.99 for Hulu plus Live TV, and $70.99 for the commercial-free Hulu plus Live TV.
