Brewer was the 2009 Arizona 4A state champion in the 100-meter backstroke and a 12-time prep All-American swimmer while attending Chaparral High School (Arizona) in Phoenix, Arizona. Then she went on to join the USC Trojans’ women’s swimming team as a varsity athlete. After four years of college, she finally finished in 2014.

Brewer later joined KGUN-9, the ABC affiliate in Tucson, Arizona, where he currently serves as the weekend sports anchor. During her two years at KGUN, she reported on every major professional and collegiate sporting event, including Super Bowl XLIX and the 2016 College Football National Championship Game.
She first reported and anchoring on the weekend for KABC-TV in Los Angeles’s sports scene before being hired by ESPN. Brewer was a part of the ABC broadcast crew for The Bachelor Winter Games before he joined ESPN.

Kaminsky and Brewer’s relationship was a well held secret until now. Kaminsky was selected first overall by the Charlotte Hornets in the 2015 NBA Draft after guiding the Wisconsin Badgers to two consecutive Final Four appearances and a national championship game against Duke in 2015.
He spent four years with the Hornets before moving on to the Suns. Kaminsky, at 29 years old, agreed to a one-year, $2.4 million contract with the Atlanta Hawks this offseason.

Brewer, who is 30 years old, grew up in the Valley of the Sun. Two years ago, on September 28, 2020, she made her first appearance on SportsCenter after being hired by ESPN.
She co-hosts SportsCenter at 1 AM with Stan Verrett in Los Angeles. Additionally, Brewer served as a college football sideline reporter for Cox 7 Arizona after graduating from USC in 2014. Then KGUN-TV in Tuscan, California, hired her to be their sports anchor.
She has worked in broadcasting for ABC’s The Bachelor Winter Games and for ESPN before. This December, she’ll turn 31.

She captioned the picture, “Best summer yet,” with a heart emoji.
