Performing it for her! Shortly after revealing that she and Kody Brown have been apart for months, Janelle Brown posted an update on her fitness regimen.
The video featured numerous shots of Janelle over the years and has Birdy’s Keeping Your Head Up as the soundtrack. When do you know it’s time, she scribbled over the picture. It’s time to prioritize your health. Because this has completely changed the game.
Snippets of the native of Utah doing weights in a gym played as she declared, “I’m coming for you in 2023.”
One day after viewers of the TLC reality series learned that Janelle and Kody, 53, had separated after more than 20 years of marriage, the open recap was released. She said as much in a sneak peek of the upcoming Sister Wives: One-on-One special that aired following the Sunday, December 11, season 17 finale. “I think if we both actually sat down, we d look at one other and say, Really? We haven’t seen each other in a while.
When host Sukanya Krishnan asked Kody about the breakup, he said: “Janelle has made it quite apparent to me that she’s enjoying her life without me.
Their six children are Logan, 28, Maddie, 27, Hunter, 25, Garrison, 24, Gabriel, 21, and Savanah, 18. The couple spiritually wed in 1993. Janelle is Kody’s second ex-wife in the past two years; the first was Christine Brown, who announced their separation in November 2021. Before the season 17 finale, viewers observed Janelle and her fellow sister wives as they adjusted to Kody’s breakup with Christine, 51, who relocated back to Utah with daughter Truly, 12, as a result.
There has been some civil fighting. The father told the cameras on Sunday’s show that, in a way, the entire family was involved. I’m unsure of Janelle’s allegiance as I watch her.
Despite the upheaval in the family, Meri, 51, and Robyn, 44, continued to support Kody, but Janelle continued to treasure her strong bond with Christine. She acknowledged during the difficult season finale that she didn’t feel her children were truly a member of the plural family.
I honestly don’t know if I want to do the task, to be completely honest with you. As the family debated where to spend the holidays, Janelle remarked, “I feel like I have to pick between my kids and this group. My kids don’t seem to be welcome, in my opinion. In the end, I believe I would prefer to be with my children. You’re becoming irate with me, too.
There’s a huge urge to just run away and choose the simple route, she later admitted to her now-separated husband and the other women. Janelle has focused on her health and wellness over the year in addition to reevaluating her relationship. The founder of the diet company Life With Health & Happiness frequently reminds her social media followers that everyone’s path to health is unique.
She stated on Instagram in December 2021 that “health isn’t a one size fits all thing, and it may not look the same for everyone.” However, it is a cause worth pursuing.
